This is a movie showing the behavior of a semi-restrained C. elegans, together with the change in Ca2+ concentration (DR/R) in the AVA com- mand neuron. The increase in Ca2+ in AVA is correlated with a change in the behavior of the animal, from forward swimming to reversal.
